Default Audi Q5 AD- Blue error code

I need help with this error code on an Audi P20BD Control circuit for Reductant Heating 2.The client has already replaced the complete pump unit with the heater and the control unit but the P20BD error stays there. So where is this control circuit for the heating then situated and what is a typical reading or value for it?

Perhaps the manufactor has put a password on it, thinking they are helping, when in fact just hindering?!?!

Hope that you don't get temperatures below freezing at your location,
Now the bad news... pipe heater is first to fail, next the pipe will leak...
A failure will not appear till a unit has passed final inspection
