using 95640 in place of 95320

I have a honda srs module with a faulty tssop 95320. Unfortunately I don't have that size replacement in stock. I will order some but to save time for my customer, Is it possible to substitute with a 95640 with out any ill effect?

Write the original file normally to 95640 chip by 95320 menu and try.

Welp, this IC burn up as well, looks like there is something wrong with module.

If the eproom is 95320 and u read with 95640 u get double dump

are all different in terms of file size
