sprinter dcm3.5 2012 correct egr off.

hello, can someone help me to finish or correct egr for MB sprinter 2.0biturbo delphi dcm3.5 . i need unpluged solution. now i have fault p0487.
and if someone can do stage 1 tuning it would be very nice(perfect if can make in 2 files only egr off and tuning). but primary is correct egr off.

HI, no fault but check engine still blinking.

dtc? use star diagnosis to this car.

no diagnostic faults with launch. dont have star diag. after write was still p048713 but after delete with diag. fault not dont show again.

If check blinking and you not have errors you must reset dpf and next use option " ecu and dpf change " than he gone. But trust me only stardiagnosis show you where you have problem.

did all you said, but only with launch, no changes, even tried to write orginal delete all errors reset all adaptations and so on, without changes. car runs fine and no limp mode, but check engine light stil flashes.
when write from orginal to your mod have faults p048713(component exhaust gas recirculation pasitioner has an electrical fault or open circuit) and p04091c (the position sensor for the exhaust gas recirculation controller has an electrical fault) but as stored, when i delete them they dont come back.

Write again the fail from Voltech, erase errors, even if there are not any.
Make 3 cycles - ignition on, start the engie, shut it down after 5 sec, wait 20 sec.

thanks for help but no sucess, today get mb star diag and no fault, but then tried to read fault with generic obd and get fault p2bac nox exceedence -deactivation of egr

On this car, generic OBD will always give p2bac nox exceedence -deactivation of egr.
Just switch off EGR by coding ECU

thanks ignasvw but same as voltehcar, no fault but check engine light blinking. this car is driving me crazy!! fec001 how can i code out egr?

you have no idea how works mercedes software, solution works but you not have tool to good diagnose this car.
