    Default PSA Bosch M7.4.4

    Hello,

    Car: SAXO 1.1 8V
    ECU: Bosch M7.4.4 (three plug), 0261206246, 9637837880

I need to read/write the 29F400 BB Flash but the flashers i have do not support M7.4.4 (NOT THE SAME AS ME7... or MP7...)!
I have been looking for days... for a solution but no luck.
Have tried to desolder the chip but it is glued on the board with very hard glue under the chip so no way either as the board will get damaged if over heated for sure.

So I am looking for a driver for FGtech Galetto if someone has a working one as my tool does not have it. Either BOOT or FLASH will do.

I will greatly appreciate Your help on this.

    Best Regards

    Thank You rafal
The first link is for a different generation M7.4.4 than mine. i have EEPROM 25080 (95080) and not 95160 as the link suggests. Also the ECU 3 main plugs are different.
The second link is for ME7.4.4 and the schematic is for Optican flasher. Not my case as is a different ECU.

    Best Regards

    Thank You rafal!
I appreciate Your effort to help me...

I have seen this for the Polaris. Unfortunately It does not work with the equipment i have. This is for KESS i believe.
I have tried this setup but with driver for ME7.4.4 and all i can get is the ECU Data (ID). Can not read the Flash contents. It always gives me Seed Error...

    Best Regards
