I use FVDI but this my fault.
I write epprom but not succes. Maybe Flash is fault ?
Will fvdi give advice to flash by obd?
Do you have correct flash dump
to this car?

FVDI is well know that will ruin CGW.
It try to flash CGW, probably write tweaked flash which is not working is most case,
however after flashing it issue a reset command that also reset all modules coding in car, too bad.

Actually fixing is not difficult and can be done in car !!
no need to take out and open CGW and solder wire ...
But need some knowledge in Vediamo or something like that, use SDconnect or passthrough etc.
In vediamo CGW/ZGW is in bootmode, just flash with its original or current latest version firmware,
do proper coding if you have backup, or code it manually if you know which code is correct for your VIN.
I fixed this problem a few years ago, but saw this post new

FVDI é bem conhecido que vai arruinar o CGW.
Ele tenta fazer o flash CGW, provavelmente escreve flash ajustado que não está funcionando na maioria dos casos,
no entanto, depois de piscar, emite um comando de reinicialização que também redefine todos os módulos de codificação no carro, muito ruim.

Na verdade a fixação não é difícil e pode ser feita no carro!!
não precisa tirar e abrir CGW e soldar fio...
Mas precisa de algum conhecimento em Vediamo ou algo parecido, usar SDconnect ou passthrough
etc. ,
faça a codificação adequada se tiver backup ou codifique-o manualmente se souber qual código está correto para o seu VIN.

I've tried flashing with Vediamo. When I go to flash it loads but at the end it shows the following error: "ECU flashing is broken off"

How did you flash the cgw ?
Have you turn on ignition ?
Is it an used module ?

However if eep contain bad data may also cause the module fail to run,
In this case will need to write proper data with programmer.

Flash with ignition OFF.
Some need to do in OFF.

I ended up realizing that I was loading the wrong flash
Once I found the correct flash for the part's current SW, it worked perfect.

Looks like your W204 is from 2011,
CGW is using 212xxxx
And I think your original CGW should still working.

some modules can be flash in ignition off, actually some should flash in off.
and should check coding in all modules after flash, otherwise there will be some problems or some functions not working.

This problem is kind of easy to fix ! (some coding flashing knowledge is needed)
and can be done in car within 30mins.
If your car battery is healthy, no external power is needed.
If you have online access to do SCN coding it can be done much easier.
A few years ago when I have encountered this problem, no one have solution.
