Range rover sport diesel can't crank and security light keep blinking

Hi house
Got a range rover sport diesel with Siemens ecu SID204 3plugs.
Car wouldn't start and not even cranking with security light blinking.
The original car ecu and immo got bad and a new set bought complete but wouldn't start.
Key remote locks and unlock doors automatically
Please help with hints on how to proceed to programming or immo off
