If two keys are shown as being programmed then do a parameter reset....
If 0 or 1 key is programmed then its because there is not the minimum number if keys stored.

Use IDS and see live data. It will tell you if its Dash and key or PCM problem...

what is key count 0? 1? 2?

for ford car to start must be 2 keys stored into car

so if light on dash stay solid continuous on when you put in key you have that one key programmed

you need to add one key more and it should start

if light is blinking/flashing fast then key is not programmed

Prepare two keys, after security access is granted, erase all keys. It will then learn the key in ignition and the security led should be on steady. After about five seconds, repeat the cycle with the second key. Reinsert the first key, turn ignition on and the light should go out. Attempt to start and if all is ok, the car should run.
