What key ref for golf 4

Hey, how to know what key ref number to buy for a golf 4? What part number must i read with vcds to know what key can be matched?

You mean remote? Depend on year of production.

Thx, its a 2002 model, tried the 1j0959753ct 2 buttons, wont go for programation

In vcds
I have 0 instead of 1 in field 3... By following this:
Select]
[17 - Instruments]
[Meas. Blocks - 08]
Group 022
[Go!]The value in field 3 must be 1. If value is not 1, the key is not capable of being adapted to Immobilizer.

For more info, the car was immo off start with a key without transponder, switched to immo on and trying to program a new key without success

about what?
you need programming remonte or immo?

for remote programming enter in 46(central conv...) than choise channel 1 for addaptation.

the key won't be programmed, i got the pin code
i'm trying to program the key when immo on not off

i don't think vagtacho will program your remote... i would better advise you tu use manual remote programing procedure for golf 4, google it...

Are you using the right transponder? Brand new id48?

it does not mater, immo and remote part does not have anything to do with each other on golf 4. he is trying to add remote

Im following this tuto using vcds

But on this part :

You can check each key in this manner.

I have 0 on field 3 not 1, thats mean the key wont be programmed, the bad thing is that i have only this new key, i dont have other keys to test or transponders.
