Default Xprog how to read MC9S12DP512 used in Sontheim diagnostic CAN box

I like to read the MC9S12DP512 used in almost all Sontheim diagnostic CAN usb interfaces.

Not sure how to do this-
I was thinking xprog was the tool to do the job, so I got hold of one Xprog-M 5.55
Have tried many chip selections from xprog with or without encryption adapter. using external xtal cable with different settings.
    No luck.

If you have any details about how to do this, please let me know.

    Thanks in advance.

I have opened the USB CAN bus adapter box, inside is MC9S12DP512 microcontroller
I like to read the eeprom from microcontroller with xprog and change serial no for the USB adapter.

Edit: inserted picture of adapter box
