New Live Football Scores Ticker

Hi folks,

I've added a live football scores ticker at the top of the main forum page, on the Home Page and on the realtime posts page.

I know it won't be everyones cup of tea and they might not want it there all the time so if you want this displayed, you need to enable it in your UserCP. Although it's perminantly on the realtime posts page for now.

User CP -> Edit Options

Near the bottom you will see an input field, enter the word YES if you want it displayed. (see pic)

It's only English Premiership just now but hoping to add more leagues when I get time.

There's also a multi-league section at the bottom of the Home Page that shows all the results.
