    Default Keydiy hu83 blade

    Hi people
Today I had a problem with a keydiy hu83 blade..
I cut the key and did not fit in the door lock. Just did not went entirely inside the lock. Tried to force it but no luck.
    In the ignition worked well..
After that I've cutted a China key and everything fine..
Car was Peugeot 308 year 2008.
    Anyone had this issue?
I could find only one kind of hu83 keydiy.
    Thanks

Maybe factory made wrong.. Will try to order others.

Most likely bad cut of the tip.
If insertion in doorlock is bad.

I measured the keydiy batch, the are all fine.

Suzuki and mazda blades are similar but different on the tip you should grind it a bit
