Alfa 147 edc15c7 immo off

Hi,

I need an immo off working solution for Alfa 147 diesel (2003)

The car:
EDC15C7 1.9 jtd 116Hp
Hw: 0281011488
Sw: 1037369116
29F400

The engine did not start.I flash one immo off file, but it's not working
Now the car is started, but it gives an immo error in the instrument panel and gives U1600 dtc in ecu.
The accelerator be moved causes a engine fault on the instrument panel, but no DTC in the ecu.
