    Default Multiecuscan Multiplexed help, please.

Hello, everyone! I need a little help with the multieciscan multiplexed. As you probably know it uses CanTieCar as interface, that means it doesn't need adapters or other stuff to switch pins, or at least that's what the official multieciscan website states. Anyways, my problem is that I can't connect to the new magnetti marelli body computer mounted on giulietta and the new ducato. I always get the "CanTieCar - >ECU connection failed" even if they claim that support for this body has been added simce update version 3.2. Does anyone have any experience with multiecuscan and can give me a clue about what is happening? Thank you! Best regards.

    SOLVED!

I asked for help directly to Multiecuscan support. Turned out that there was a firmware update to the CanTieCar interface. Did the update and resolved the problem!
