No but try causing a fault see if says anything
sounds like had dtc removed I would start with check glow worms when light comes on
Hi friends
I have a problem with a Renault Scénic, 2005, 1.5 DCI that seems strange.
It turns on the engine light and the message - default injection, but by clip diagnostic it doesn't appear any dtc. I've tryed to read the dtc error with Texa and it doesn't detect any error.
Does anyone know the trick to manually turn off the light'
Best regards
Pinheiro

Is the car driving? Engine running nice...or any "missfire" symptom? Could be air in the fuel system..... I would suggest to drive the car for short while and do scan again. The trick to reset faults.... disconnect the battery for 15mins. I hope this helps....
When was it last serviced, and was it reset?
Hello Pinheiro,
Tell us what's your ECU: Delphi DCM 1.2, Siemens SID 30X? Or send me V.I.N. to have a look at manuals.
Many times when you got this problem it can be a bad set up of another computer.
Is this your own car? Did the message come sudently?
Greetings,
Look in the front fusebox the little behind battery. Its sometimes the wire get remove from his fuse.

I had the same problem with Renault Thalia 1.4 petrol. The MIL was ON and no fault codes were stored. I used Texa IDC5 to diagnose the problem but it was unsuccessful. Funny thing is that IPAD with TORQUE and ELM327 detected the fault code and it was EVAP system leak fault code. Still I have not solved the problem as I did not have enough time, but at least I do know now where it is coming from. Hope it will help You.
