Grand cherokee 3.1td ecu

Hello. My ecu bosch 0281010140 P56044590aa is dead. I bought other ecu from the same car but p56041587ab and I have few questions.

1. Is it enought to copy 24c02 eeprom from old to new?
2. on the main board there are 2 eeprom (LLL HHH) but on my old ecu its AMD and on new one is ST should I leave it or move AMD to new ecu or read AMD and program it into ST eeprom?
3. Is this ecu will work on my car since there are differences between them????20181112_222943.jpg



Also I want to change PCM p56041 893aa, is it enought to copy memory AB28F200 and motorola 0E75J from old PCM to new?20181113_014946_Paradisveien.jpg
