Hi mates,
I´m triying to fix the central display on this dash and it is my firts time. I tried to find display but no good luck and match donor one but it has the same problem. I think is very common.
Can anyone help how to do it?

I bought one but same problem with central display. It light a lot then you can’t see fine the digits.
you try to change rubber conductor?i have same dash before one mont ago and i sucess to repair with another rubber conductor.

Hi mate. The problem is the display is with a lot of light. It is like all display on with a lot of intesity. I know problem is dump of dash but I´ve never repaired it. Perharps we need to find good dump from same reference right?
If you change to donor then it gets the same problem.

It's a Motometer cluster- you will not find a replacement LCD for this type of cluster. The best way is to find VDO cluster 1J0920826C (TDI/ 260 km/h) and make adaptation- it's a 5 minutes of work. For VDO clusters you will have replacement LCD (big or small -depends of cluster type) but for Motometer no replacements.

The display gets worts when is hot. If I change the display the problem is the same. I dont what to do here. Please help.
