ecu not responding

Hello,

I have a toyota yaris 2008 with 1krfe engine. The ecu is not communicating.. all the fuses,relays, and ecu wiring are checked and they look ok. the customer brought me another ecu with the same part number. can you please tell me what needs to be done with the immo? ecu part number is bosh 0 261 208 932

check powers and ground to the ecu. if you have a scan tool can you communicate with other models.
if can lines check out. replace eeprom are write data from eeprom to used eeprom that should work
