    Default error message solution: no valid authorization was found for xentry(AppID=252)

    hello!
    I need help to resolve this error message
    I want to install das/xentry 07.2014, in first it display:
    no valid authorization was found for xentry(AppID=252)
    then installation will stop, how resolve that please?????
