But if I take only electronic module from Opel pump and replace it to BMW pump?Bosch part code is exactly same?

you can do that if you have carprog. i don't make publicity for carprog, but if i know it is the only tool ho can really do that....maybe i am wrong...

I have 320d and also trying to find cheapest way to fix it.

I did it. Replaced the transistor, but it went very veriy hot and smoke came out.
