I have here one pump from Opel/Vauxhall Vectra B,2.0 DTI.
I allready changed broken transistor but car don't want to start.
Erorrs are P1630 and P1631.
What next?
Any advice,experience...?

Pump has a faulty control unit. Best way is to have it serviced by a Bosch Diesel Center, but it may be expensive.
Can a help to replace transistor for error code p1220 ?
P1220 a timing deviation fault on the VP44 pump. The only thing you can do is to replace fuel filter, and/or check if air is being pulled into the system. If this doesn't fix the P1220 fault, pump has to be rebuilt.

but the car start and stop after 10 minutes; we think it's another problem now, we are investigating.
