I have a problem with the electronics the pump ford focus, does anyone know what this element ... that you can use something else for a timing valve...engine turns but there is no regulation of fuel

yes..P1564,FET is ok,work another valve...problem is timing valve and not have output from electronics.

Check insulation of wires from pump ecu to timing control valve. These often become brittle and have short circuit.

Friend it is ok,have problem in electronics and element from picture is problem not have output on valve.

I hope you find a fix and share with DK.

We never repair PSG5, only replace it then calibrate the pump.

hi
I have opel vectra b 2.0dti year1999.
the pump is bad
I have the bad transistor.
I changed the transistor but the car will not start.
I have tried several transistors (IRFZ44N, 3803.2905 irl .... etc) but to no avail.
I have also tried several PSG damaged modules without results.
the pump is mechanically fine.
I followed the procedure drivergabriel 1 ? post.

I have to reset the module to work?

You are sure that mechanically the pump is ok?

car can not turn on unless the last three digits the same as the old pump. These are genuine Bosch last three numbers ..... 003 or 002 .....
If the number ......... 004 will not turn on the car must be the same number of pumps
You need to know from which station you repaired last number of Bosch 002, 003, or 004
