IRL3803 works great with :audi,seat,bmw,ford,nisan,opel,vw and more

IRLR 2905 PBF good for Opel , but not working on Ford

Hi All!

what do you think the irf1405 mosfet. this good or not in the audi a6 vp44 pump?
I changed the mosfet the in the pump but not working.I used irfz44n .Im started the car but not working. After I chek the mosfet and I saw gate wire is broken .

I think I use this fet IRF1405

This good or not.

a friend has a 115hp mondeo that stood running, the problem is that the pump disconnected without removing the battery, so we will have to reset after changing the transistor. currently read failures P1665 and P0216.

I have not seen damaged the pins can be damaged on the original fet burned without sideburns? Also think it could be the position sensor

I read that there are people who repair the ford with IRLR2905PBF (I have it) but another recommended in IRL3803, I test with the 2903 or wait and buy the 3803?

I have a wrong Vectra B 2.0 dti diesel pump ecu, i check the 1. transistor but it good!
The 2. transistor wrong. Which transistor need for me? Maybe IRLR2905???
