Has anyone used a pwm motor controllerto move the vp30 metering solenoid.
If so what frequency works best.
For the purpose of starting engine andtesting , prior to connecting the repaired edc solenoid wires
Je vais faire un tutot de test pour les VP44. Wait& see
could some one tell me, which transistor 100% works on VP30 (Ford)?
Many thanks in advance.
Any solved problem when advance solenoid all time pulsed??
hello,
i have some problem here with an Astra 2.0dti 100hsp, i have failed to repair my original ecu from a 0470 504 011 pump, i have managed to get a working pump but it is a 0470 504 004 and swaped the ecu ( i did not change my solenoids)
i have intalled it and i get P1630 fault code
is there any solution to make it work ? or do i have to get a 011 ecu to make the car work again.
or maybe i have to rewrite something in the 004 ecu ?
thank you very much
Hi! I'm trying to fix my PSG5 module, to save 1200€.... I expect this help me. Thanks!
Is there a way to test the transistor which typically fails inside the psg5 vp44 module of an Audi A4 2.5tdi?
The car first had start problems sometimes and now does not start at all anymore. It seems there is a problem with the module. I have opened the module, but the FET in the corner seems to be fine. Or should I just fit a new MOSFET?
hello budG60, you can test the original FET with a multimeter on the transistor testing position, you schould never have a short circuit or infinite value between the drain, source and gate of the mosfet, if it is ok then your module is fine.
maybe you have a mechanical issue like i've discovered today i have on my car, the HP solenoid ( the one between the injector output) is completely receovered inside with a strange thing,
i have to change the entire pump now.20160408_110522[1].jpg20160408_110612[1].jpg
