Has anyone honestly been able to
    perform a lasting VP44 transistor
repair? Looks like some tricky soldering, lots of uncertainty as to what type transistor to use, questions as to what type transistor Bosch used originally and wether calibration is required after? Best way to secure for required heat sink? I’m in Canada,
new to the forum with a Dodge truck and melted transistor wire to
fuel valve drive transistor. Read tons, watched all the videos but seems nobody getting lasting repair and then discusssion ends??? I understand these pumps are much more common in Europe. Sure be great to hear a good success story from someone not trying to sell something.
    Cheers, Gary

Transistor in the way. Guess I’ll do my best as an Electronic Technologist with lots of soldering experience. I hope to post some good news.

    Hello everyone.
Change the mosfet to two psg5 of Focus and one of astra, I am testing with a pump in the test bench, with the three modules I only have a wide signal in the valve a couple of times. The other pulses are very narrow and do not actuate the valve.
Will it be for not trying on the vehicle? I take a few captures, one with a wide pulse when the valve is activated and the other with the narrow pulses that do not activate it. Greetings and thanks.

    Thanks for your help.
    He has the 3110
I will try to delete the code. Although I do not think it explains why sometimes it shoots and sometimes it does not, as the images show. Then I comment the results.

    Checked 12v, ground and can.
Module psg5 with kts570 does not present errors.
    Thanks for your help.
