Default My version of KFC Potato Salad

    1. Lightly peel the potatoes (you don't have to get all of the skin off) then chop them into bite-size pieces and boil in salted water for 7-10 minutes. The potato chucks should be tender, yet slightly tough in the middle when done. Drain and rinse potatoes with cold water.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
    3. Poured drained potatoes into a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and mix until well-combined.
    4. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.

    Default Don't bother

Don't waste your time m8: they buy the potato salad and coleslaw from Eden Vale!
As an ex- franchisee this pisses me off. They used to make their own coleslaw and I can't remember the recipe!!! When I had the franchise I couldn't make enough: I was selling in excess of 100kg a week. It was a sweet coleslaw that went perfectly with chicken. What they're selling now is total crap in comparison.
How about KFC fans start pressurising them to bring back their old recipe. Believe me, you will not be disappointed!
    Keep dreamin'
