Yes, it's about 5-10 amps in operation.
Can not you test the battery? (10 A through fuse)

I have 2 drivers that should work and do not work. 170V on the 10uF capacitor is, the current consumption in the stand is 180mA. How to run it without a car? I saw someone connect the 50W bulb and give the signal from the generator to one of the two inputs. Just what signal, 0-5V or 0-12V rectangular whether it must have a proportional filling?
