Thanks the password worked. However, I'm getting a message stating that the license will expire in 28 days.

How can I extend the license period?

Are you saying that I should create a (REG_SZ) string entry "3823094728"="6D4G0-XYZ3-Z7PP-BM3D6 under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\navistar\password key?

Do I use those string values literally? Or do I have to replace them with some other values?

I got the old version to work, but If I'm offline it asks for a new password and says it expired like 30 years ago, but If I'm online then I can click diagnostics and get right in. Is this normal?

I have had one do that before. ServiceMaxx is all online now, So if it works use it.

I have had more then one do this, but not sure why. I'm asuming for the rest of you this is not how it works? How is it supposed to work?
