Your best bet is to take it to Cummins and get them to ROM Boot it

LOs ecm cummins tiene un modulo boot debes haber dejado en blanco en cualquier calibracion y lo desconectas , y queda completamente en blanco , pero para inciarlo solo se puede en algunos modelos con booteo.

What you need to do is to just connect your ECM on the truck, turn your key on and them off after about 5 seconds, then connect to the ECM with your insite(insite has detected some ecm that is ROMBOOTED) click on yes them select the calibration you need from the incal list after selecting the part number of the ECM(390.....or something like that on data plate)run the calibration when it says turn key switch off, just click on ok,becouse the key is already off, follow every instruction to the end and you are done,no need to take it to cummins.
    hope this helps

fenomenoide04 if is a CELECT PLUS or earlier and the calibration was interrupted just try to reconnect with the ignition off when insite asks for turn ignition off just press OK
And make shure the calibration you putting is the correct for the ECM part number. that should work with a CELECT PLUS and earlies.
If is a CELECT leave the ignition on and desconnect the vehicle batterys, whait for about 3 minutes and turn ignition off and then reconnect the batterys, if that work you may be able o recalibrate the ECM but only going to work for a while bicause your ECM has something wrong inside.

dtrucks: yes you can M11 to a N14 just make shure the M11 ECM is compatible with the CPL on the N14 engine, and make shure you use the ECM part number calibration.
    sorry about my english
    regards....
