Surprisingly very difficult to contact them.
When I log into my account there is no way contact them. There is a report issue menu where I reported a fault to them but have not received any reply in 3 weeks

My Diagun II NIssan version 42.8. I cannot print on the mini printer. As soon as I connect the printer it asks for DRivers. On the earlier version it works perfect

Hello Guys
I have a problem with the diagun smartBox. I tried to scan a mercedes sprinter with 14 pin adapter, but when I plugged the adapter into OBD, the car connector was not fixed and rotated while trying to connect.
They have heard many simultaneous connections relays. Currently smartBox is running ok only K-Line, the CAN does not. Please help me try to repair the CAN.

Need USB HC-05.
Or cable connect.
You can make updating your smartbox with another Diagun.

hi
i am getting this error in emulator WP_20160528_18_17_30_Pro.jpg. when i connect it with any car. it shows this screen with serial no. Untitled.jpg then resetting smart box then initialing . then error. any solution for this.

please give link post 607. also can any one give software for my serial no. 980540000100 latest as firmware on my box is latest. also uploading a video please check whats wrong . its is an open serial no tool.
