Secured MCUs tools

Hello members:

I am looking good tool for read/programm MCUs (HC05/HC08/HC11/HC12/9S12) that comes in Instrumental panels and Airbags units. My questions are:

How can I know if the units comes with Secured MCUs ??

CarProg from Codecard.lt read/programs Motorola MCUs but without security, they told me that most of the Motorola MCUs on Instrumental Cluster and Airbags are not secured, is it true or not ??

Which one is better: CarProg, XProg-M, ETL ?? (functions and $$$ cost )

Renault Laguna 2003 and up
Renaul Kangoo 2003 and up
VW New Beetle, Jetta, Golf 2000 and up,
Ford truck Fseries 2000 and up

Xprog from tmt is more than enough to bypass mcu security in those..
