Two things one try right clicking and running as admin and see what happens, two if this the dealer copy it won't work with out logging in with a dealer login every so many days.

Thanks blackdragon. It's a dealer copy. What options do I have so that I don't need to sign in all the time as I don't have a sign on.

You have to sign in every so often with a dealer version so download and install the fleet version
