Thank you for sugestion, I know that, you are right. It wasn't that to me... when I moving cable, red USB light flickering and loose connection... broken cable in connector type A. As I said, replacing cable problem solved.

At my work but I have every time disconnect & connect.Its the problem is in blue usb cable or multiplexer,and I keep getting this message.

Hi Guys,

my problem with Clip clone is different, namely all drivers install themselves correctly, lights ISO, CAn etc. work fine, probe recognises VIN, then I switch to main menu where I can choose controllers to be diagnosed, and then problem starts...

sometimes probe can connects with the controller ( anyone, for. ex ECU ) but after a seconds program automatically turns me back to main menu, or sometimes probe cant connect with controller at all.

Oginally I got software V96, but I try to use it on V100.

Any ideas what can be the problem with?

v100 has some problem issues with cloned clip.Try v 102 ...

I have the same problem with mine, bought from columbia dream on eaby .I have updated from v96 to v99 but it still does exactly the same.I will be watching the threads closely to see if someone has an answer to this problem as i no longer have the time or the inc lination to persevere with it .

I have too a problem with my clone CLIP probe ...

I have CAN geen led on but ISO green led off !!!
and my Probe isn't visible on CLIP SOFWARE ...

I precise to you that I used it succesfully last month on my MEGANE DCI 2005 ...

HUB CYPRESS and JCAR avant/apres renumeration driver is load but My proble isn't visible in V96 (or V98 on anower notbook)

It's my CYPRESS Chip it's fault ?
but when I open my probe I have found 2 AN2135SC Chip one per board ?
witch it HS ?

Sorry for late reply. I have a similar problem with my CLIP clone.

Did you replaced Cypress chip, or you replaced some other component of PCB?

Did you find what caused problems with power supply? I have similar problem with my CLIP clone and I am ALSO pretty shure that problem is somewhere OUT oF cYPRESS chip (damn CAPS lock

A: What should I do

1: change an2135sc second time

2: probe can clip clone in the trash

3: I mow luck with probe clone longer works

Maybe the problem is in power line which supplies incorrect voltage to AN2135SC?

Does your clone have one AN2135 and one AN2136 CYPRESS chips?
