Skoda Fabia 2007 cluster swap

Hi everyone!

I was wondering, to swap my two identical cluster, only need to swap EEPROM and MCU between clusters?
The cluster part numbers are exactly the same: 6Y0920843L, and both of them from 2007.
Both of them have a 93C83WP EEPROM and Micronas 3301 MCU.
I think, because the EEPROM is encrypted, I need to swap the MCU-s, bc that contains the mask for the encryption.

There is a MEGAMOS chip, which I dont know what is it and there isn't any datasheet or information about.

If I'm right, I dont need to program anything, bc everything was on the EEPROM and MCU, I migrated to the new cluster.
Is there somebody who can confirm that? Or somebody who did something like that?

Why you make this complicate,you just read immo data from orig and program with pin on car . ..

Forget to mention, that I only have VCDS and VAG Commander 3.6. So I cant read it through OBD.
I have a chip programmer, but that is useless, bc the eeprom is encrypted.
For me, the desolder, solder method would be the easiest, if It would work.
And after that, I would not have to alter the odometer to the real value.

And for the cluster swap, I would need the original cluster pin and the used (new) one.

Yes transfer eeprom and flash content with programmer (if mcu not locked) or desolder and replace chips will work. No need to mess wih megamos chip

And that way, I don't have to do anything except soldering, right?
I read somewhere, that somebody have done it on a Fabia only with EEPROM, but he's cluster wasn't encrypted.
The cluster was from 2002, if I remeber correctly.

Can somebody match the km, and tell the PIN codes?
The km on the original is around 215.200.
Can I write the new cluster EEPROM in circuit?
