    Hi, also I have similar problem, i mean Octavia II after 2007 has different board than in the Xprog schama. Anobody know how to connect this type of board?

    i would also love to know how to read dash. guy claims it is a gti cluster. but the skin belongs to a straight fsi. looks exactly like yours. micronas cdc 3297G. thanks.

    it's like audi a3 micronas cluster,the connections are the same as all micronases,all you need to find is the VDD-VSS points.

    unfortunatley comparing with xprog pictures, we must find more that 2 test points...use cdc3297 connection diagram and knock your self up
    upper,left corner, smd capacitor between the big capacitor and the smd diode, should be vss-vdd...but you can wire the cdc pins too

    xprog m v 5 micronas = not good

    tested many time on some dash = not working

    never opened it. it's the smaller one in the metal case.

    more important is to use good cable for coax wire, keep coax wire away from power and of course lift the xtal from board in any case. never make it with xtal connected.

    yes because it was shipped without cable for micronas/freescale adapter

    yes, indeed, just test my self, it works, the triky part is the length of the coax cable, without it, it dosent move a needle ...
    i still not know the best combination, to read/write one time, i must try several times to bypass the security, is it ok? or it has to do it on first/second try...

    my next question is: the xprog dash module for vw is it any good? someone test it?
