Reply With Quotejust use the same cable you used with the vcds software and download the free software off the nefmoto website it will read your ecu for you.

I would like to know which tools are able to access and read the ecu of my golf .-
Chinese clones there any reliable? My intention is to determine if my car already remaped or not .-

yes once registered you will then see the downloads and yes it will read and write your ecu no problem.
