    Default Mikes Simple Fajitas

Whack the chicken in a pan and fry it.
    Add the onions.
Make sure the chicken is cooked and then add the
    peppers.
Add a spoonful of Paprika, Chilli Powder and Cayenne
Pepper. This is quite spicy, add less for a milder taste.
Now add the tomatoes of choice. You have a decision do
you want a saucy mix? Add the Tin or the Fresh Toms. If
you want it more like Old El Paso style add a teaspoon of
    tomato puree.
    5. Warm your Tortilla Wraps.

    Serve it up.
    :-D

    Thanks, :-D

If you like enchiladas you can use this spice mix (i add a bit more chilli powder) and some passata to make the sauce. Remember to use corn tortillas and then make them the way Old El Paso does.
