Why software for vagtacho 2.0 (1.82MB and working good) is much bigger than software 2.5 ( 214 KB ) ? I am not shure about the upgrade to ver 2.5 is good think .

yes, you can
first erase uP atmega
then you must program external memory
and then reprogram atmega

This isn't possible only with MPROG. You must reprogram and ATTMEGA8 with programer (ponyprog and others)

Or Your VagTacho.exe is cracked or ftdi eeprom dumps are different because this 2.5 dump is same as 2.2.

YES IS TRUE, DUMP US SAME 2.2 and 2.5, ONLY MUST BE GOOD SERIAL NUMBER.
