Looking for someone to make me Stage 1 remap for EDC16 BKC1.9TDI with some features.

Im looking for someone to make me a good stage 1 remap so i can learn from it and post it on my car (wanna see the changes made ).
I will upload your file to my car and test it.

This is for Golf V 1.9tdi BKC engine from 2004

I tried doing my stage 1 map but i think its really bad i will upload that too so u can give me your thought and tell me what can i improve

I would like to have -
Hardcut limiter at 4500
Launch Control at 2500
N75 Deep idle for TDI
Stage 1 140hp or 150 your opinion
250 => 320 nM
Smokless (Not a priority)
egr remove(Not a priority)
And to be safe tho it has a new stock turbo

Here is a perfect file for your Golf, I was the owner of it too. It's was a very expensive tuning
Dyno run: 144hp
Hardcut: 4500rpm
Lc: 2500rpm
