Ive got my friend's VW mk5 GTI it's currently got a 'stage 2 with pops and bangs' and they didnt do decat in file

He wants a new stage 2 with no pops and bangs with his mods

Car: VW MK5 GTI 2.0 TFSI DSG 2006
MODS: MK7 intercooler, decat downpipe, induction air filter

Can anyone do it for me please thanks and rep given also will help others when i can
