Mazda B2500 PIN CODE WLE7

hi everyone i have a situation,
i buy a used mazda b2500 year 2005 with lost keys, i read the eeprom for help with pin code. i try find how obtain pin code but maybe the code is modified. some one can help me readin the dump?.
maybe old propietary tried to set settings for julie immo off i attach document with the same HEX code.
if the pin code is lost, how i can set de immo to syncro with ECU?

or any suggestions?

only buy julie immo off? (it is not for sale in chile)
