I think some of the newbies faces problem on flashing images to the box using web browser method. The key steps you must do is to put the box in a flash mode. To do that you need to connect your ethernet cable to your router and then press the standby button in front. Now turn on the power and keep holding the standby button until you see the word' STOP''.
You should see a IP address appear shortly. Now enter IP address at the web browser and the flash page will appear.

    Hi Guys.
I got my new DM800 HD PVR about 2 weeks ago unfortunately stuck at the boot loader (red led flashing and TV screen blank).
I believe I could get it back working by flashing a image on it but what I worry is the keys and scce file.
As I have not been able to get my box working since day 1, I am not sure whether the box have the key and scce files or not.

Also, base on my situation, can anyone advise will the keys and scce file be intact after flashing?

    Many thanks in advance.
