Yesterday i connect this cabel to my VW Lupo 2001 and i test cabel in option.
It show:
K1 short to ground
K2 short to ground
CAN not ready

I connected PIN 4 with PIN5. It is GND. Now in my VW Lupo 1.7 SDi 2001 when i test interface show me info:
K1 OK
K2 OK
CAN not ready

But when i try diagnose my car and read errors, and i try connect with ENGINE - i can not . Also can not connect with INSTRUMENT.
But when try connect with AIRBAG i can and connected.
Why i can not connect with ENGINE and INSTRUMENT ?

But i also next test in my Seat Exeo 2010
Test show
K1 short to +12
K2 OK
CAN OK

but when start diagnose by cabel still generate in modules in car more and more errors. ANd i must then clear this errors from modules by my older cabel VCDS on Atmega with VCDS 11.11.5.
On this older i see that some modules only comunicate by CAN , but more modules comunicate by KWP2000 and KW1281.

I dont know why this new cabel on ARM chip not working correct.

Hi friends another consult to you. I have a problem with a china interface (0x46 HW version with Atmega162+FT232RL+GAL with STC+R50+R51+D7 removed) that has a blinking red led all time. ATMega allows to be read/write/erase but I have tested some versions of FW with the same blinking led issue. Of course with ATMega erased led is all time turned off. Any idea what can could cause the problem?

I have used vcds to activate automatic windows closing when rain on my golf 5 2.0 tdi.
First step is
Enable Auto Rain Closing in Central Electronics Controller (09)
I have done that
2. step
Enable Menu to Enable/Disable in
Comfort System Controller (46)
In there I need to change in coding, long coding, helper i need to chenge byte 9 from value 4 to value 2 and than save it.
When I tried to do that it say something like pres yes to return to factory, no to save changes, cancel to manual change value.
I have try all of that but value won't change.
After that whan I try it doesent give me that message it say code accepted, but it doesent change.
Whatever I try to do I am not possible to change that value.

It's normal behavior. It should stop blinking after first communication with the interface.

I tested it, led is still blinking red, I also notice that 7805 is really hot and receive the following message:
Port Status: OK
USB Library Version: 03.02.07
USB Driver Version: 02.10.00
Interface Found!
Type: Ross-Tech HEX USB
Status: Not Plugged into car!
Something else is wrong, I think.

Have you modified the PCB and reprogrammed GAL? If not..

Resolder R50 on PCB. Must write "102" on it (1Kohm). Can use too a simple wire but...
