... and other VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda modules.I can assist with repairing \/CDS interfaces.

You/we can fix/update cable with Atmega inside only!
No Atmega162 inside- no change to make it work with files shared on this thread.

You need header pin with spacing 2.0 mm for reflash with programmer.
The header pins are already there.
    Pretty straight forward
Is there chance to unlock my cable via USB?

But unfortunately there is such error:

    Attachment 508206

None of the Kolimer (v1 ... v6) serial numbers are blacklisted up to version 18.2.0

    Attachment 508212
    Attachment 508213

It is a silly mistake in exe file, the application checks itself for basic integrity. Please download from #5650 again and let me know, if it is correct.

    Look forward for 18.2

FTDI_ID is hardcoded and different for each FT232 chip, isn't it? So a new cable should have a good chance to work, or there is a whitelist of FTDI_ID in VCDS?

    I bet there's a whitelist.
Otherwise there would be no purpose at all to use those Unique IDs unless it accepts any new.
