Read a few pages back how to use USBasp, do first reflash with programmer and then use eewritelang.exe
As I see there is Poland-AKP eeprom, you need to find the instaler for your language; should work with 6.3 loader.

The 18.2.1 english, will not work with 6.3 loader.

@alexm1, @kaalis Thanks maybe 18.2.0 work with v6.3 and i no need update? Please version 18.2 English in ross tech is 18.2.1 only. No update without USBasp eng/pol? What is last version work with my cable?

VCDx, 16.8.3PL, 17.1.3PL, 17.8.1 PL, 18.2.0 EN and 18.2.1Pl. works well with the V6.3 activator.

I work on VCDS 18.2.1 pl and on 18.2.0 eng loader 6.3, maybe upload again. I'm happy.

Can anybody help with a Version Number of the latest german VCDS Version which is working with Kolimers Loader v6.3?
(Maybe Link too, if it is not to much to ask for)

Yes, 18.2.1 DRV / PCI Datenstand 20180302 DS287.1 should work well with loader 6.3

I use USBasp and install new flash and eprom from v6.3. Now work 18.2.1 AKP Polish perfect thanks Friends!

hi everyone sorry for the late reply got the interface to flash and work. well it worked 2 times then it needed reflashing again used interface 2 times again and I need to reflash it again. is there a problem with 17.8 do you think I should upgrade the flash to 18.2?

Should work if you reflash Atmega, try first with by usb to reflash using content in the kolimer.s zip, if not...use UsbAsp programmer using proper dumps folowing your cable hardware type.

Why are you keep trying to use 17.8? It is not obvious that 99% of us we are playing with 18.2...we can not give advice anymore about 17.8 because it is history.

Hello, I have problem with my Vcds 18.2 from china. Everything was working fine, and today when I connect to the car, it works for about 10 seconds and then disconnects. Then it trying to connect again automaticaly but it doesnt. I go to options, and click test on ports and sometimes its ok, and sometimes interface not found.

I also have old blue vcds 409 cable and its working fine.

Anybody has same issue?

B.e. because of problems of new version?

One of my friends said me:
On one Passat CC 2013 until 1-2 month ago he could made adaptations and coding, DPF, etc.
After, his 17.1.3 cable was erased by RT. I rewrote for him with 18.2
Security access = inactive...and more of what he could made before, in 18.2 are inactive..

If the program will not start and reflashing Atmega after a few scans will fit to his needs then...let it be.

Anyway, 18.2 has his flaws, but not knowing well the procedure(codding adaptation) will usually put the blame on program.
Someone a few days ago ...had some codding problem, after he managed to find rigth acces code all was just like it should and offcourse he said at the start...this program do no work well..

I see different behaviours for different cars, for some cars (vw) all is just good with 18.2, instead of Audi.s....that shows grey`s fields..and other problems.

If a version like 17.1.3 worked ..that suppose he know procedure.
If new version not...where is problemm?

Is real, in 18+, some settings have changed.
