18.2.1 the same error..

And for 17.8.1 after launch the vcds.exe the HDD mark a few activity, nothing happend because VCDS.exe not appear on screen but, even i have 127.0.0.1 ross-tech.com and 127.0.0.1 www.ross-tech.com in hosts, and until now the RT page not launch (cannot display this page), now the page www.ross-tech.com is launched.

windows installation in italian?17.8.1 and 18.2.1 systemtime change half year ealier? and 18.9 ?

18.9.0 ITT work well but the installer is a strange method. For install must 20 minutes. Very slow expand archive.

Changed year to 2017. 17.8.1 work, 18.2.1 still the same error.

Can someone reupload 'vcdsloader_v7.0.zip' i've downloaded a mirror posted by Kolimer, but it doesn't have the vcdsloader.exe file.. :/

Ok, I've noticed that my AV blocked that file. Anyway - I still need some help.

I've connected my cable to my car, to my laptop and used 'VAGCOM_HWType.exe' it told me the fallowing:

FW : Version : 1.96
HW Version : 0x46
Identification : ROSSTECH

Than I've used "VAGCOM_EEWriteLang.exe" and flashed "English", at the end it told me 'OK'.

I've installed VCDS 18.9, copied VCDSLoader.exe to it's folder. I've run Options -> Test. It told me to update firmware, I did that.

And now in the 'Options' tab it says 'Invalid / Unlicensed' or something like that.

Have I done something wrong? When I run the Loader there is an error message on the screen: 'Failed 1' should it say so?



Edit: My 'VCDS-Release-18.9.0-Installer.exe' SHA-1 HASH is: 49965FA4D8D1CC3B4307533DC7D9208A2E502B6D, though Kolimer posted that it should be B164183BC43B6BCC95C75DDED3DD634BE4371EC3, does anyone have that version of the file> Please upload it somewhere so I could test..

Current 18.9.0 from RT download page doesn't work with V7.0. You need to find another 18.9.0 version that was released before october 18th - that will work.
Link removed because RT asked very "politely".

Yes it supports non-english language what you choose when flashing + english.
