Maybe you should remove these wires from GAL and use files for hardware type 0x46

Hello, i have problem getting bench setup connecting to VCDS.

I have 1K0 gateway directly connected to obd2 connector and that to vcds cable. It works. VCDS connects.
And then there is also 1K0 convenience module that is connected via convenience CAN to the Gateway.

Installation list: everything unchecked leaving only #19 gateway and #46 convenience saved.
Gateway's measuring blocks can see if conv.module is connected with one or both can wires.

And this is my problem. VCDS can't connect to #46 (Central Conv). What's wrong? Any hints what else to look or missing?
Modules are in working condition and were tested before removal from car.

#5 - convenience CAN-L (to convenience module)
#9 - diagnostics CAN-L
#11, #12 - ground
#14 - 12v switched
#15 - convenience CAN-H (to convenience module)

T18 brown connector:
#2 - 12v permanent

Convenience CAN-L against ground ~5 Volts

Prefered ...for you to buy another. With Atmega for example...this one keep it how it is...or recicle it.

yes, am removed wires from GAL and used 0x46 files, flashed with ponyprog...I will try with USBASP

Yes, as Alex said before, it's expensive transistor holder.
Loader will not work. You have to use software that you got when buying this cable.

Software CD is missing. As far I know, on this cable is successfully used 17.1 software, but after windows reinstalling we can't find working version anymore.
