Maybe an RT representative (they read here) tell us why they blacklist an serial because of discutions

the first owner said that he report this nterface was lost in transit after months he find it , so i bought this interface from the owner i try it work perfectly after the update i find that "revoked" so i contact the support they dont give mee any answer they said you are not the owner we cant talk withe you.
is ther any work to do to make it run again...?

I recently bought vcds 15.7 clone and interface work good on cars using K line but does not conected to any CAN cars! Is there problem with software or hardaware? Cable use original software without any cracks or loaders.

1. Is RT policy, they don't work with "annonimous". And don't agree the "intermediate"; If you want to buy a cable, buy from RT or authorised distributors.
2. If the owner report interface "lost in space"...RT revoked the serial.

Is not RT guilty for this, is your mistake you don't read RT agreement.

Now you must meet with owner and the owner must do the report with revoked serial...
Or...rewrite as "china clone"..
But first speek with owner.

If yes, after TEST, appear K1 OK, K2 OK, CAN OK?
Or Can Not ready?

If Can not ready, and if this is on ANT CAN CAR...Interface can be broken.

Of cource car was Can compatible passat b6 2007 and audi a4 2009. With skoda fabia 1.9 tdi 2002 eork good.

I have opened "Atmega162_flash_and_eeprom 11.11.0.hex" file in Ponyprog and there are four options:
-Save Device file
-Save Device file as
-Save Program (FLASH) file as
-Save Data (EEPROM) file as

When I click third option and choice *.hex, it looks similiar to hex file which I have read from my cable, same size, same addresses. So I think it's ok.


When I click fourth option and choice *.eep file have 16 kilo and very different then file which I have read from cable (original *.eep have 553 bytes). When I choice *.hex in fourth option it look like original *.eep but it's hex, can I use this hex eeprom file if it looks like original eep file but it's hex?

In attachment "myfirmware.zip" is dump which I have read from my cable. In second zip there is original hex file which have flash and eeprom, other two files I have made with ponyprog, can somebody tell that they are ok?

Is this possible to flash to get working on latest versions? what is procedure and sorry for my bad understanding.

It's a lot of work to reflash, there's the new 15.7 clones now on chinesse sites for around ?30 at that price isn't worth the trouble

Hi guys .... out of nowhere..... ages ago bought vcds ross tech hex + can usb and was trying to install it.... what am I doing wrong that when testing.... leds ok but at test all ok except inerface not found...... what am I missing? Would apreciate help please
