We have developed a "patch" which allows to bypass the VIN limit - so basically you turn your interface to a VIN-unlimited one.
Meanwhile it is still able to download official latest firmware updates, work with latest software versions with no restrictions and etc.

Your installer is "VCDS-PCI-18090-Installer.exe", my version is "VCDS-DRV-18090-Installer.exe". So this difference should be ok, because the PCI Version includes a lot of unnecessary stuff like Teamviewer.

i manage to do the upgrade to 18 with the VAGCOM_EEWriteLang.exe
after i installed the program it ask me to upgrade the HEX firmware...
