year 2003 this kind of key
I can't program the remote with sbb or alfaobd bcose the pin is wrong. They have the original keycard. And according the alfaowners forum the remote and the immobox are seprated and they are using different pincodes.
The codecard contains only the immo and the mechanical code. If this separted pin thing is real there is any solution to read the remote pin code (obd or with soldering job) or any alternative solution to program the remote w/o pincode?
thx

I made some research
Code:If you have one working remote: 1. Arm and disarm the alarm sixteen times or until the alarm stops responding, alarm now in program mode..... 2. Once in program mode press the button of the new remotes(s), press the button of the original remote(s). This must be done within 8 seconds of each action. If 8 seconds pass without any actions the alarm will automatically exit programming mode and you will have to start from step 1. 3. Wait 8 seconds to exit learning mode. 4. Test remotes. Otherwise you need the remote code.

Yeah...
Every time when I took this problem to solve, each time was only in situation where remote did work for sure but stopped mainly after absences of power for few days...because then I can only focus on PIN,not water/installations issue. With some I had success, and with some I hit the wall.
Anyway...dealership,PIN by VIN

you need to read memory of remote recevier unit, on 156 it is HC05B16 it should be same on 166 but i am not sure.
Or maybe Ducato, ducato also have TRW key, and in receiver is 93C46...
Anyone been successful in reading the pin from one of the TRW 93c46 units?
Alfa 166 - Anybody tested this website to calculate code from dump?

Can I reuse black flip 2 button remote instead of the red one?
Is this manual procedure to program remote or via obd? (like alfa 156 - I use CK100)
You mean 1 button remote from Alfa like 145? As I understand 166 use two different generation of remotes. Link looks be related to early one.
NO. I mean 2 button. look picture
