4991753-C2 - SPRAY*TIP,*9*HOLES,*S60
4991754-D2 - SPRAY*TIP,*9*HOLES,*S60
4991754-D3 - SPRAY*TIP,*9*HOLES,*S60

Anyone can explain to me the difference between the parts!
